- A deposit through PayPal is required to secure all reservations. The property will send payment instructions directly to guests 14 days prior to the check-in date. Payment must be made through PayPal within 3 days or the reservation may be cancelled. Guests will be sent an access code for guest rooms after payment has been confirmed.

- For guests with a check-in date that is within 3 days of making a reservation, the full amount must be paid on site in cash only. Please make all payments in Japanese yen. Guests will be informed of the access code for guest rooms after payment.

- If you are paying the full amount of your reservation at the property, you must notify your expected arrival time in advance. Please note that you may not be able to check-in without a notification.

- Please note, guests must inform the property in advance if they would like the property to accept luggage on their behalf prior to check-in. The property may not be able to accept luggage and parcels sent to the property without prior notice.

- Please contact the property in advance if guests would like to use the luggage storage service prior to check-in. Please note that luggage storage requires a reservation in advance, and the service is only available prior to check-in. An accommodation tax per person per night is not included in the price and needs to be paid at the property. For guests staying in Osaka, this tax will only apply to stays which begin on and after 1 January 2017.
